Loch Ness Marathon
The Loch Ness Marathon is one of the UK’s most scenic marathons, taking runners on a point-to-point route through the Scottish Highlands. Starting near Fort Augustus on the shores of Loch Ness, the course follows the loch before descending through forests and open countryside to finish in the heart of Inverness. Known for its breathtaking views, friendly atmosphere and predominantly downhill profile, the race attracts both first-time marathon runners and experienced athletes chasing a personal best.
