West Highland Way Race

The West Highland Way Race is a legendary 95-mile ultramarathon along Scotland’s full West Highland Way, running from Milngavie to Fort William. Featuring around 14,000 feet of elevation gain and a 35-hour cut-off, the race takes runners through a full traverse of Scotland’s most iconic long-distance trail. It passes key sections including Loch Lomond, Rannoch, and Glencoe before finishing beneath Ben Nevis. It is widely regarded as one of the toughest and most iconic trail ultramarathons in the UK.
